We are actively looking to offer succession for established small businesses and continue the legacy built by their owners. Focused in the Southern Ontario region, we want to be the preferred buyer for owners who wish to retire, exit or transition out of their business to another entrepreneur who can adopt the business as his own. Andy (Founder, Permanencia) is an entrepreneur based out of Toronto and understands the blood, sweat and tears it takes to build a successful business. We intend to acquire a majority in the business, operate it, grow it and hold it for the long term.Permanencia means the nature of being permanent, in Brazilian Portuguese. It signifies the permanent nature of our acquisition, as well as the permanent nature of the business itself. We have the financial support from independent friendly investors and lenders to close succession deals quickly. We hope to own and operate long term enduringly profitable businesses. IDEAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BUSINESS TO BUY

Size: Profits/EBITDA/SDE between $100K and $1.5 Million. Revenue/Gross Sales less than $10 Million.Geography: Located in Southern Ontario.Industry Preferences: Healthcare, Wellness, Education, Personal Services, Industrial/Commercial & Professional Services.Businesses/Industries NOT looking to buy are Retail Stores, Gas Stations, Restaurants, Real Estate.Profitable, stable business models only and NOT looking at startups, distressed, or bankruptcy situations.Current owner willing to transition/advise over a period of 3-12 months, longer the better.Enduringly profitable and bankable business, operating for more than 10 years. And expected to sustain for decades.Owners are close to retirement and/or open to complete/majority buyout.Owner prefers to sell to individual entrepreneur who can take care of employees, the brand, quality and continue their business legacy.

ANAND (ANDY) SRIVASTAVA

Owner, Managing Partner

Andy is a successful entrepreneur based out of Toronto. He had earlier co-founded Sunsure Energy (a solar energy company) in India in 2015.He raised approximately $5Mn in initial external capital to fuel the growth and was also awarded the Best CFO across Solar startups for Capital Efficiency. In first 3 years (2015 to 2018) we grew to annual sales of $20Mn while maintaining profitability. Andy exited the business due to personal priorities but Sunsure has since become extremely successful and raised more than $400 million in capital.Andy is a generalist and has a total of 15 years of cross-functional experience in small, medium and large businesses. His core experience has been a mix of transactions and operations primarily in Business Development, Sales, Technology and M&A/Finance.He has also gained global corporate experience with GE in the M&A division (Brazil) and JP Morgan in the Equities Technology team (Brazil, USA, and India). His last role was as Sales Director (North America) for UTIL based out of Canada. Over the years he has jumped headfirst into, learnt quickly and added value in diverse industries include Industrials, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Building Materials, O&G, Software Technology and Financial Services.Andy's skills include being able to grow a business P&L, execute strategic as well as tactical initiatives, senior stakeholder management, and improving systems & processes. He has also helped other ventures define their GTM / Growth strategy and raise capital.Andy graduated in 2009 from IIT Delhi with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. Andy is a Canadian Permanent Resident and is married to a loving and supportive wife.
